Pv20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pv20 platform via pv20.app or the official mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pv20 platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published on the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes made.

The pv20 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. pv20 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pv20 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must notify pv20 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Pv20 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials secure. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a security concern to our support team.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the pv20 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to interact with the platform
• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system, betting outcomes, or payment processes by unauthorised means
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account
• Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or harmful to other users
• Engaging in any activity intended to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for financial gain

Pv20 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the pv20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local internet bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account upon successful transaction verification.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to account verification. pv20 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and five business days.

Pv20 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party financial service providers during transactions. All account balances belong to the user and do not accrue interest. If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, pv20 reserves the right to apply an inactive account management fee in accordance with the current policy stated in your account.

5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The pv20 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. pv20 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or transaction processing delays that are beyond our control.

All content on the pv20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the intellectual property of pv20 or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from pv20.

Any third-party website links that may appear on the platform do not constitute an endorsement by pv20, nor does pv20 accept responsibility for the content of those sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Pv20 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by management. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact pv20 customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete and there are no transactions currently under investigation.

Pv20 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be published on the website or communicated to users via their accounts. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
